What is ABOUT THAT BLACK LIFE?
About That Black Life was founded in 2017 to reach the attention of all by inspiring and educating our audience. We value education and our culture. The founder attended an HBCU and is an educator who loves the autumn season. With that being said, those values and loving hoodies ignited the ATBL apparel that gives back to education.

Business of the Week
About That Black Life presents Ebony Latrice as our Business of the Week. Ebony is the owner of CURV-E, a shape wear company. As the owner of CURVE, she is passionate about empowering women to embrace their curves and feel confident in their own bodies. She knows first hand from own weight loss journey, which she embarked on at Hirsch Advanced Practice Providers under the guidance of Dr. Marlyn Angel Hirsch. She was inspired by Dr. Hirsch to create a brand that caters to the needs of curvy women. Throughout her weight loss journey, she tried various shapers, scrubs, and waist trainers, but none of them provided the comfort and fit that she desired. After losing over 60+ pounds, she was inspired to start her own brand, CURVE. For Ebony, CURVE is more than just a brand, it is a symbol of self-acceptance and embracing one's body. CURVE, allows Ebony to provide curvy women with stylish and comfortable garments that enhance their natural curves and make them feel beautiful. Join Ebony Latrice because she is About That Black Life! She is on a journey of self-love and body positivity.
