Challenge Rules

■ Participants must reach 10,000 steps each day.

■ Daily step counts must be tracked through the challenge app.

■ Participants who do not meet the 10,000-step daily requirement will be removed from the challenge.

This challenge is designed to keep everyone engaged, committed, and focused on the goal.
